 Katie
practices primarily in the areas of family law, divorce, child custody,
paternity actions and wills. Katie was born and raised in Park Rapids, MN and
graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris in Elementary Education in
2002. She received her Juris Doctor with distinction at University of North
Dakota in 2006.
During law school, Katie was actively involved in the legal community as
President of Law Women’s Caucus. Additionally, Katie was selected to write the
North Dakota Supreme Court Review for the North Dakota Law Review.
Katie is a member of the Lincoln-Lyon County Bar Association and the 9th
District Bar Association.
Katie resides in Marshall with her husband and daughter. She enjoys spending
time at her parents’ lake home in northern Minnesota, swimming and Alpine
skiing.
